AI platform queries
To monitor citation visibility, we submit your configured search queries to third-party AI platforms — including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. We store the results to provide you with historical data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, error tracking), when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your session, analyze usage patterns, and track marketing attribution.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, and secure password hashing.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Children
This service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
